After one week of trial, a successful resolution was achieved for the client and his family.
Attorney Hampton and an affiliated law firm have also successfully represented a brain injured child which resulted in a confidential resolution and settlement.
That case involved the failure of a hospital and it's physicians to diagnose a skull fracture and the resultant inter-cranial damage that occurred due to the fracture.

He has previously been admitted in other states por hac vice, having represented local clients injured in out of state accidents.

John M. Hampton, Esquire
Attorney John M. Hampton's area's of expertise lie in real estate development, family law and municipal law.
Attorney John Hampton has personally directed and administered the development of the Rattling Run residential development from this project's inception to it's continued growth.
This project is situated in the Town of Gordon, Pennsylvania.
Attorney Hampton identified the viability of the project, negotiated the agreements for provision of water, sewer, gas and electric together with procuring the engineering for the project and obtaining the necessary bonding and governmental zoning and building permits.
He then personally orchestrated the installation of sewer, water, gas and electric, the excavation of foundations, the acquisition of bank financing and personal investment, sale of real estate and design of residential units for sale.
Attorney John M. Hampton also is quite adept at handling family law matters including divorce and wills and estates.
He was recently featured in an article in the Legal Intelligencer, regarding a case that was on appeal in the Pennsylvania Superior Court dealing with disposition of a personal remains and burial.

Christina E. Hale, Esquire
Christina E. Hale maintains a general practice of law at Hampton and Hampton, L.L.C. with an emphasis on personal injury plaintiff work, workers' compensation claimant work, social security, and municipal law.
Christina joined the firm in 2006 after gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge in a wide range of practice areas over the preceding five years.

Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in May 1998 from the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania and then her juris doctor degree in May 2001 from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
She is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania as well as before the United States Supreme Court.
